AT&T is selling refurbished iphone 8GB for $249. The phone was available earlier this month from AT&T stores with mandatory activation when you buy it. That puts you under a 2 year contract before you leave the store. Now you can buy it online with no immediate contract and will work like the regular iphone that you can activate/?????? using itunes.
