Nokia was thrown back due to the delay on the Touch UI phones. Samsung took the opportunity and released their own Touch technology, which reportedly works pretty well. You can add widgets and drag them around in the home screen.
Samsung released the F480 as a variant to F490, or so it seems, as the specifications are quite altered. Screenwise, the F480 has a smaller display and resolution than the F490. The F480 portrays a 2.8” display with QVGA resolution, while the F490 has a 3.3” touchscreen with 240×432 pixels.
