The GPS software for real time navigation with voice directions is not bundled with the new iphone 3G  by apple. You have to shell $100-$130 to buy additional software to explore the A-GPS features of iphone 3G. This might be a little disappointment for people who were expecting the GPS functionality on iphone out of [...]

According to a press release from AT&T, the carrier will no longer give a portion of monthly usage fees to Apple. Instead carriers will pay Apple a subsidy for each phone sold, in order to bring the price from $399 down to $199 for the 8 Gigabyte model.
