Finally your already useful TIVO becomes even more useful with the introduction of YouTube streaming to your Internet connected TIVOs. YouTube is undoubtedly , the most popular video streaming site today. For the time being it is only offered to Series 3 TIVO HD owners. The service cannot be used with lower versions of TIVO because of H.264 encoding used in the service.
Those who have the necessary hardware should be receiving the software update needed for TIVO to work with YouTube in the next few days.
