Samsung’s medialive streams PC to TV

The earlier Home Digital Media Adapter demonstrated by Samsung is now renamed as Sumsung MediaLive. Medialive is an already available concept of unlocking the media sitting on your PC to watch it in the living room on a big screen TV wirelessly.  Your PC needs to be running atleast Windows XP Media Center or Windows Vista to steam the content to your TV.

It connects to televisions via HDMI and can stream A/V from Windows systems including AC3, H.264, JPEG, MPEG2, MPEG4, WMA, and WMV. Medialive also offers direct connectivity to online media services like MovieLink, XM Radio, and FOX Sports. It is schedule to be available in August for $200.
