A new low-cost mini desktop computer - the MSI Wind PC - is now available in the United States. The Wind PC is offered through NewEgg as a barebone system without RAM and hard drive. However, it does include an Intel 1.6GHz Atom processor, the Intel GMA 950 integrated graphics, 8-channel audio, six USB ports, a 4-in-1 media card reader, CF card slot, and VGA output.
