RUF, the makers of all things performence and Porsche, have focused their modding efforts on an all-electric Porsche 911. They’ve succeeded, and the RUF Electric Porsche 911 has finally hit the pavement. While it looks and feels like a combustion 911, this RUF mod isn’t dependent on foreign oil. And with a brand so familiar to the world, it is likely giving Tesla Motors plenty to worry about. The RUF Electric 911 will hit 60 from zero in under seven, with a top speed of 160mph. You can charge this Porsche overnight, in about 10 hours, providing a range of 180 miles on that single charge. In all, this is some pretty sweet news out of Germany’s favorite performance auto modder.
