Itami’s FiTrainer is a virtual personal fitness coach that tells you exactly how you should exercise to achieve maximum results. Using a unique, patented earlobe heart-sensor, the Fitrainer uses proprietary alogrithms to determine your ideal training heart rate. The concept is based on the fact that when one exercises too hard or too slow, the heart is either under-working or over-working. The FiTrainer uses voice commands, music and rhythm changes to respond to your heart rate and will regulate it to the most efficient level.
