Verizon is set to release the Wireless Network Extender Femtocell later this month. This device adds 5,000 square feet of CDMA coverage to the location of your choosing and supports up to three simultaneous calls. The extender uses GPS to verify that you’re not creating CDMA connections in other countries and this can be an issue if you locate the Femtocell where it can not get a GPS lock. It’ll be available in Verizon stores and online starting January 25 for $249.99
